As a patent registered in US, Japan and UK, new concept sterilizing device without sterilizing blind spot and inlet and outlet at sterilizing part has high quality of sterilizing power by utilizing 100% sterilizing power of the UV lamps. Compensating the defect of exising UV sterilizing device which wasn't made in big size for the reason of the degrade of the sterilizing power, it can be designed in various capacity, from small to big size.
It satisfy the quality of the water standards with 1000CFU/ml and 100CFU/ml in coliform group of normal effluent and reuse water, respectively. In addation, with the cleaning method of self-cleaning with the photocatalytic coated at the surface of the quartz pipe without the cleaning device by mechanical friction, for the wolrd-fist-time, method of keeping quartz pipe clean is developed, it could enlarge the lifetime of quartz pipe and solve the cleaning interruption problem due to the break down of the cleaning device as well.
